Sleep in Katie Couric's Bedroom

If you always wanted to wake up in Katie Couric's bedroom....here's your chance. 

The perky one has put her apartment up for sale and she's only asking $8.25 million for the crib. I remember when I lived in an apartment and I thought the $800 security deposit was a lot. 

Any, Couric's place at 1155 Park Ave. in Carnegie Hill is a 10-room co-op with five bedrooms and 4 ¹/₂ baths.

“Katie raised her family in the Park Avenue apartment,” but “moved last year to a new apartment after she remarried,” said a friend. The Couric crib is known for very high ceilings and big rooms.

The  listing says the posh pad “has big windows, beautiful original parquet flooring as well as charming views of Park Avenue’s famous tulip gardens, tree tops and the Brick Church.” The building is “a white-glove, full-service co-op with 24-hour doorman service, a fitness center, a bike room and live-in super.”

Now, if someone wants to loan me $8.2 million, I think I'll buy it.
