Goodbye Media General

FTVLive has obtained the internal email that was sent to the staff at Media General stations from MG CEO Vincent Sadusky.
Sadusky leaves the deal with millions of dollars, the rest of the MG staff get screwed.
Seems like a fair deal.

Dear Team,
This is an exciting and historic day for our company. I am pleased to inform you that we received all necessary regulatory approvals for our merger with Nexstar. Attached is the press release announcing this significant milestone. The date of close will be announced soon.
Employees of Nexstar Media Group have a great deal to be excited about as they begin a new chapter working for the 2nd largest local television broadcaster in the country. As with any merger, there will be changes, challenges and growing pains, but there will also be significant opportunities and long-term benefits to being part of a larger organization with greater resources.
It has been a great honor serving as your President & CEO, and I am incredibly proud of all that we accomplished together. I have no doubt that your continued hard work and dedication will lead you to new levels of success.
