Roger Ailes Is Downsizing

Roger Ailes appears to be selling off some of his assets. Variety first reported that "The Firm" Godfather has two of his New York properties up for sale; and both at losses.

Both homes are in Garrison, New York. One is a 2,900 square foot 3 bedroom that he paid $1.47M for in 2007, now listed for $885k. The other is a 2 bedroom he bought in 2008 for $1.65M and is now asking $925k. Looking at the photos, it's clear he hasn't sunk a penny into updating or remodeling them.

There's no indication the disgraced media titan is ready, yet, to unload the 9,000 square foot mansion he bought in 2014 for $4M. We'll bet his wife, though, is making him sleep in one of the guest rooms.
