MSNBC Tops CNN in Primetime

In last week's cable news ratings, Fox News continued to roll in the ratings, taking the top spot in  basic cable total day viewership (1,493,000), according to Nielsen Media Research.

FNC notched the number two spot in primetime total viewers (2,389,000), behind only college football-dominated ESPN.

Primetime numbers show that CNN continues to lose their election bump and has fallen behind MSNBC in primetime race.

MSNBC pulled 980,00 in primtime, easily beating CNN who had just 652,000 viewers.

Both networks were giant steps behind Fox News.
