Out the Door in the A-T-L

The spinning Anchor chairs continue in Atlanta.

WGCL in Atlanta has parted ways with morning Anchor Gloria Neal.

Neal had only been with the Meredith station 17 months.

Her name has been stripped off the staff listings and her bio page is gone.

Neal came to Atlanta from Denver, where she worked in both TV and Radio.

She did not response to a text and call for comment about why she’s departing. “We are sad that Gloria has chosen to leave CBS46 and we wish her the best of luck in her future endeavors,” is what General Manager Mark Pimental provided.

Insiders tell FTVLive that there was friction between Neal and some co-workers. The station isn't saying why she left.

There has been heavy Anchor turn over across the Atlanta market for the past few months.

This is just another one.
