Copyright on the Sunrise?

KPNX Reporter Bryan West thinks that Fox O&O KSAZ is stealing his station's material. 

KPNX posted a good morning message to Facebook and told viewers about another beautiful sunrise in the valley of the sun. 

16 minutes later, KSAZ also said good morning to their viewers and also mentioned the sunrise. 

West took to Twitter to cry foul on the Fox station for talking about the sunrise after his station already did so. 

Ummmmm.....really?
