Ummmmm No We're Not
/This will give you an idea how out touch the cable news industry is with the real people of this country.
In his news letter, CNN media critic Brian Stelter wrote, "I think we're going to remember this day -- the day Steve Bannon was named chief strategist and senior counselor to Donald Trump."
I remember where I was when Ronald Reagan was shot, I remember where I was on 9/11. I remember where I was when the Cubs won the world series.
I will never for a second remember where I was when Steve Bannon was named a senior advisor.
Today, I'm in Palm Beach and will be talking to many different people from all over the country. I'm going to ask them what our their thoughts on Steve Bannon? Maybe it's me that's out of touch and not Stelter.
But, I'll be shocked if a majority even know who Steve Bannon is?
Cable news is so out of touch with the American people that they think this inside baseball crap is going to be a day we remember. It will not be. Now, when Steve Bannon gets Donald Trump to start deporting people, that's a day many will remember. Mostly those that got deported.
But as to remembering the day that Bannon was named to Trump's staff, no....we are not going to remember Brian.
