After more than a dozen years, WFTS and Weather Anchor Bill Logan have parted ways.

Logan, who did Weekend weather at the station was sent packing on Friday and the Scripps station quickly deleted his bio and station Facebook page from the web.

Along with Weather, Logan did news reporting and anchoring at the station. Before WFTS, Logan also worked as a Sports Anchor at WXII in Winston-Salem.

So the guy did weather, news and sports and he is shown the door? Seems like the perfect guy to have around in Today's newsroom.

Although Scripps isn't talking, it appears that Logan was bounced as part of trimming the budget.
