If Donald Trump doesn't win the election, maybe had can take a job on "The People's Court."

Trump has threaten or talked about suing so many people, if (and that's a big "if") he follows through he will be keeping his lawyer very busy.

Trump has threaten to sue the New York Times over a story. He says he will sue the almost dozen women that have come forward and said that Trump sexually assaulted them. And now he says he might sue NBC.

Talking to his BFF Bill O'Reilly last night, Trump says that he might sue NBC over the Access Hollywood video from 2005.

Trump can be heard on the video talking about how he just walks up and kisses women and how he grabs them by the pussy.

O'Reilly asked Trump if he might take any legal action against NBC for releasing the video? "You'll see, you'll see, you'll see after the election," Trump said.

According to Trump the recording of him may have been an "illegal act" by NBC.

"The microphone was not supposed to be on, not that I make that as an excuse for myself, but certainly it was an illegal act from NBC."

Trump knew he was wearing a mic when he made the comments. As for the lawsuit? Good luck with that.

So far, the Access video has only cost Billy Bush his job.
