The Firm in Hot Water Over Wrong Picture

Sources tell FTVLive that WNYW made a big on air screw up and is being threatened with a lawsuit.
Word is that the Fox O&O did a story about Yesterday Good Day NY about the 25-year-old Russian woman that was arrested for trying to extort former New York Governor Elliot Spitzer.
The story ran a number of times between 5 and 9AM on The Firm's big apple station.
Well it appears that WNYW used the wrong picture when showing the accused extortionist. Sources say that the woman, whose picture was used by the station was not happy and had already contacted legal counsel.
We're told that the station issued an apology on this morning's newscast.
No word if saying sorry will fend off the lawyers.
