Nielsen has released the TV market list for 2017 and we have some changes in the Top 10.

Houston jumps from No. 10 to No. 8 and it pushes Boston from 8 to 9 and Atlanta from 9 to 10. Orlando jumps over Cleveland, moving up to No. 18 and knocking Cleveland down to 19. 

Raleigh leap frogs Portland and moves to number 24, as Portland moves down to 25.
