It appears that Donald Trump's BFF Rudy Giuliani is learning well from the orange guy. 

This is what Giuliani said yesterday. Yes....he really said this. 

No successful radical Islamic terrorist attacks? We're guessing that Giuliani might have forgot about September 11, 2001. 

But come on..... it only happened in New York City, it's not like he was Mayor at the time or anything.
