Yesterday, FTVLive FIRSt showed you a promo that Tegna owned WTLV in Jacksonville aired for their Jacksonville Jaguar coverage. 

After posting the story, many contacted FTVLive saying that it is likely that they station will face a large fine for using the Emergency Alert System tones in the promo. 

The FCC has levied heavy fines against stations and networks that have done similar things in the past. 

The idea that this promo made it to air, is still a bit shocking. It also appears, that it will be a bit costly as well.
