Fox News host Bill O'Reilly topped his show last night, defending his comments that the slaves that built the White House were "well fed" and had "decent lodging." 

O'Reilly claimed that the "far left" was trying to smear him for his comments and that he was only stating facts. 

While FTVLive is a long way from the far left and no matter how O'Reilly wants to spin it, the tone of what he said, came off to us as, yeah, yeah the slaves were forced to build the White House, but hey, they got some decent eats and a good place to sleep.
