It's good for anyone that works in TV news to have and set goals. 

Whether your goal is to move to a favorite market, reporter better stories, or get the hell out of this Nexstar station, setting goals is important for your growth as a Journalist and has a person. 

Chris Gother  a Reporter at WISC in Madison, was on Twitter late last night and he was -reevaluating his goals and he came up with this one for his No. 1 goal:

Well Chris, you made FTVLive and it wasn't for doing anything stupid. So far, so good.
