It appears that the IBEW union is not happy with "The Firm".

The union put out a couple of rats in front of Fox O&O KMSP. The union is claiming that the Fox O&O (The Firm) is refusing to negotiate with their employees on a new contract. 

The the union broke out the rats, hoping to get The Firm to come to the table.
