On a letter dated June 3rd, the FCC has requested more information from Nexstar in regards to them acquiring the Media General stations. 

The letter written to Nexstar attorney Elizabeth Ryder request a number of answers from the company. But the most noteworthy request is about what stations they plan to sell off. 

Here is that portion of the letter:

Of course, Nexstar wasn't really interested in divulging which stations they planned on dumping and did not include that information in their FCC filings. They only said that they would sell off the stations to bring them under the cap. 

So now, some current Nexstar and Media General stations maybe be going through another sale again very soon.

That's got to be good for morale.
