Former Fox News Intern Continues To Work His Way Up by Landing Full Time at FNC
Fox News announced that they have bumped up a former intern with the news network to full time.
FOX News Channel announced that they have hired 2011 Ailes Apprentice Program graduate Bryan Llenas as a full-time correspondent.
Llenas will be based at the Fox News in New York and will cover breaking news, including the latest in the 2016 presidential election. In this role, he will travel to both the Republican National Convention and Democratic National Convention in July to provide reports as part of FOX News Latino’s presidential election coverage.
In making the announcement, Ailes said, “Bryan was a standout apprentice, and his dedication has been a key attribute to his impressive growth within the network. We look forward to watching him expand his career on a larger platform.”
Llenas added, “I could not be more thankful for the opportunities that Mr. Ailes has given me at FOx News and look forward to broadening my career as a correspondent for the number one cable news network.”
Llenas started his career at FNC as an intern in the summer of 2009 and was hired full-time as a production assistant for FNL in 2010, he was also a weekend correspondent with Fox News.
