A viewer/viewers caught an explosion on their phone in Tampa.

It started out as an underground/sewer fire. The firefighters on the scene did not seemed very worried about it. But then, as the smoke got more intense and turned yellow, the firefighters decided to step away.

It's a good thing they did.
