A longtime Denver Sports Anchor was involved in a nasty car crash last night. 

KMGH's Lionel Bienvenu was not on the air last night after being involved in a accident in Denver. Bienvenu's SVU was pretty much totaled, but word is that he is OK. In fact like any good newsroom staffer, he took pictures of his own car crash and emailed them to the station.

Just to let everyone know tonight LB was involved in a pretty serious crash. These pics are from him and the scene. He is OK and shaken up at this point. He is on scene and dealing with the investigation. Jamei Has been called in to Anchor and Hilf will help produce.
