Tegna has convinced a ND to take their buyout, and it's one of the good guys.

Frank Volpicella, ND at KVUE-TV in Austin, announced he's taking the corporate cash after 15 1/2 years at the station. Prior to KVUE, Frank was ND in Huntsville and Lexington.

Interestingly, Frank's resignation comes about 2-weeks after his GM, Patti Smith, announced her resignation after a 17-year run. Frank's last day will be April 22nd.
