WJXT in Jacksonville wanted to follow the Mayor and city council members has they walked through a housing project. 

A team of security guards told Reporter Lynnsey Gardner and the station Photographer that they needed to leave the property. 

Gardner called the station attorney instead and WJXT threatened to sue the security guards, who were just doing what they were told. 

WJXT posted raw video of the exchange on their Facebook page. 

Now, it used to be, people would back the news media in such a dispute. But now, with the news media's credibility at an all time low, many viewers thought that WJXT should have left the guards to do their job and just go away.
