Judge Tosses Lawsuit Against Jimmy Fallon

A man that sued Jimmy Fallon for gender-bias got some bad news from the judge.

He tossed the case.

The gender-bias suit brought by Fallon’s ex-stage manager Paul Tarascio was thrown out.

Page Six says that Tarascio sued Fallon and NBC in 2012, claiming he was canned and replaced by a woman on Fallon’s then-“Late Night” show because the comedic host, who now helms “The Tonight Show, “prefers to take direction from a woman.”

Tarascio also alleged Fallon hired him only after two women turned down the job.

But Manhattan Supreme Court Justice Ellen Coin tossed the suit, writing, “Far from showing a preference for women in positions of authority . . . all the top positions — executive producer, producer, director, supervising producer and head writer — were filled by men.”

Tarascio’s attorney, Dominick Bratti, said his client was “shocked” and plans to appeal.

Good luck with that.
