Seattle Station to Pre-Empt Newscasts During Feb Book
Even though it will be during the February ratings, a Seattle station is still going to preempt a number of newscasts.
KING is in the final stages for the move from there long-time home station to a brand new facility.
"It’s going to mean some temporary newscast pre-emptions for the next couple of weeks as our producers, directors, and anchors rehearse with our new technology," The station said.
Mainly just morning and Noon newscasts will be pulled from the schedule, no "main" newscasts will be preempted.
If all goes as planned, the station will begin broadcasting from the new studio on Feb. 13th.
