A wannabe TV Anchor shot an on camera audition with her blouse completely undone at an Albania TV station. 

The bosses at Albania station were so impressed by 21-year-old Enki Bracaj that they gave her a job on the spot.

I'm going to go out on a limb here and say that the bosses were all male. Don't ask me how I know, I'm just guessing.
