Subway Pitchman Jaren Fogle made news years ago, when he went from some very large pants to much smaller ones, all because of his Subway diet. 

It appears that Fogle is making news again for getting into some even smaller pants, but the problem was they weren't his own.

Today, Prosecutors say that Fogle is agreeing to plead guilty to engaging in sex acts with minors, receiving child porn.

The nightmare for Subway is just beginning.

Stations better pull those Subway ads out of the newscast tonight.
