Sinclair and Metro-Goldwyn-Mayer are creating a 24-hour science fiction network. The channel will feature more than 1,500 hours of MGM content, like Poltergeist, Stargate, etc.

The channel is set to launch in fourth quarter to 30% of the country.

Sinclair will own the channel while MGM will handle network operations and programming.
