WBTV Reporter Astrid Martínez is no longer with the station, but no one wants to say why that is?

Martínez has been with WBTV since July of 2012, but now is gone.

WBTV News Director Dennis Milligan is hiding behind the old "its a personnel matter" excuse. Looking at her social media, Martinez seems to be on vacation in Bali and hasn't said anything about being bounced.

Earlier this month, Martinez covered a story about a teen who shot a policeman and her report included a shot of the youth’s Facebook page that showed anti-police posts and an expletive that “slipped through” and made it on the air.

Did that get her sacked?

Who knows? Because the station isn't talking. 

Martinez is the former Miss Colombia USA 2000.
