A Las Vegas Reporter has cashed in her chips and heads to Boston.

New England One reports that Jacqui Heinrich is joining Boston's WFXT as a Reporter.

Jacqui comes to FOX 25 from KTNV-TV ABC 13 in Las Vegas, NV where she was most recently the weekend morning anchor.

"Big news to share" Jacqui said on her Facebook page. "Christmas came early for me this year...excited to announce I'll be joining an incredible team at WFXT, the Fox affiliate in Boston, the first week in February."

"It will be bittersweet to leave my KTNV Channel 13 Action News family and all the friends I've made in my 2 1/2 years here" she said. "But I'm thrilled to be able to live and work in my hometown. This will be the last year I'll spend the holidays apart from my family."

Jacqui joined KTNV in September 2013 as a general assignment reporter, and was promoted to her current role in July 2015.
