Remember months ago, when FTVLive and several others were reporting that David Gregory was going to be pushed out at Meet The Press?

NBC denied those reports and said they were doubling down on Gregory as the MTP Moderator.

"I cannot be more declarative about David -- is our guy, is going to be our guy, and we are really happy with him," NBC News senior vice president Alex Wallace said just five months ago. 

Well, when NBC says that you're, "their guy," it basically means you got a few months left on the job. 

As of yesterday, David Gregory is gone from Meet The Press and NBC altogether.

Chuck Todd is now "their guy." We'll see how long that lasts.
