If you were watching MSNBC's 'Way Too Early' this morning (and why would you be) you might have noticed that the strange shit at the bottom of their ticker.

Either the font operator is high, it's dummy text or MSNBC has just given up and knows that no one reads the ticker anyway. 

Strange stuff.
