Barbara Walters, you remember her?

You know the legendary newswoman that retired even though she really didn't.

Yeah her.

Anyway, Walters who stepped away from TV for a few weeks and called it a retirement, pulled some good numbers with her return from said retirement. 

Babs returned to ABC last week to interview with the father of a California man who shot and killed six people and injured 13 before killing himself.

The interview was a ratings hit for ABC. In fact it was ABC's most-watched prime-time program of the week, and in the Nielsen company's top 10 among all networks.

Not bad for a retired lady.
