When Ellen Degeneres snapped a selfie at the Oscars, you know it was just a matter time before news anchors started doing the same thing. 

Exhibit A is from WBNS in Columbus where Kurt Ludlow and Tracy Townsend snapped a selfie live on air to finish the 5:30 newscast.
