NBC's Richard Engel says that he and his team were temporarily detained by pro-Russian militia in Crimea Thursday.

Engel said that the team had purposefully taken the train to avoid any checkpoints, but militia are now reportedly positioned at train stations as well.

Engel took to Twitter to talk about his detainment, which sounded more like a couple of bullies picking on the nerdy kid.
