WRC Reporter Scott MacFarlane filed a Freedom Of Information Act request U.S. Navy in regaurds to the Navy shipyard shooting in September.

The Navy is trying to stonewall MacFarlane and calling his request a "fishing expedition".

How does MacFarlane know this?

Because the Navy inadvertently sent a memo on how they plan on stonewalling him to MacFarlane.
