NBC Chuck Todd Tweeted out the name of the deceased shooter in the DC Naval Yard shootings and then retracted it. 

Both NBC and CBS reported the name and then both retracted their reports. Once again it is all about being first and the hell with being right. 

Needless to say Chuck Todd is now getting lit up on Twitter (and deservedly so):
