FTVLive has been telling you about WIVB (Buffalo) Weather Anchor Amelia Segal.

Back in December, Segal was offered a job in Washington, DC. But... her Buffalo News Director would not let her out of contract to take the job.

​Segal's last day at the station is Today and the good news is she gets to go to the market she dreamed of. Segal joins the weather team WRC in DC. The same market she wanted to go to 4 months ago.​

She starts at the DC station on March 11. ​

WIVB is searching for her replacement.​  Word of advice, if you take that job...make sure you have some solid out clauses.
