BUT WTKR in Norfolk has dug into the Ratings Stunt Book and come up with Rats!

The Daily Press writes Is it time already for the "February sweeps" period for TV newscasts? We just ask, because WTKR NewsChannel 3 is reporting on "Rat Wars."

Apparently the Tidewater area is being overrun by rats, and the only real question at this point is which type of rat is going to be the dominant one in the New World Order.
