Gray Television's TV3 Winchester (VA) called an all hands on deck staff meeting Today (that's a picture of the meeting on the right).

Was it to talk about how good they did in the November book?

Nope.

Maybe it was to say that everyone is doing a great job and getting a big holiday bonus?

Wrong again.

The meeting was called and the staff was told they are shutting down the station. Oh yeah....and it's effective immediately.

“We are grateful for the professionalism and dedication that our wonderful staff exhibited here in Winchester, said GM Terri Lloyd.

Of course the station showed no professionalism or dedication when they shut it down with no notice.
