Watching the coverage of the SoCal fires really shows you the difference between Journalists and those that want to be on TV.

ABC Anchor David “Clothespin” Muir bragged about getting to fly “exclusiely” with the fire department over the wildfires.

What viewers saw was mostly Muir looking out the window, or talking to the camera in the chopper. Very little of the fires burning on the ground below.

Flip over the CNN, and you see another chopper over the wildfires and you see the flames burning. CNN Journalist Erin Burnett is on board, but you just hear her voice describe what where looking at and where they are.

Burnett didn’t go for the “look at me” face time, she was telling the story. CNN has a lot of weak links, but Erin Burnett is a true Journalist, who puts the story over face time.
