Sources tell FTVLive that it appears that Nexstar Texas Capitol Correspondent (based at KXAN) Ryan Chandler is preparing to leave the station. 

If that happens, he follows former fellow bureau reporter Monica Madden (now at KGO) out the door. 

When Madden left, Nexstar announced that they did not plan to hire a replacement for her, leaving Chandler as the only Reporter for their historically two-person Nexstar bureau in Texas. 

Now the question becomes will Nexstar keep their Texas bureau alive, or will this latest departure mark its demise?
