I agree that is what he should have done, and that is his job.

But, watching his on air clip, I was wondering why he took time out from offering potentially life-saving information to address some of the people complaining that he broke into ABC programing?

You should be on the air, giving the vital information that viewers need. To take time out to trah a few haters, makes me feel, maybe this storm was not as important as he was making it out to be.
