When the Weather Channel kicked Mike Seidel to the curb, I was on the phone with a VP at Fox. I told them they should hire Seidel at Fox Weather.

Well, I doubt it had anything to do with me, but, Fox Weather has hired Mike Seidel.

“I'm looking forward to continuing my passion for storm coverage on FOX Weather, especially with the forecast of a very busy hurricane season,” Seidel said. 

Seidel is the guy to give viewers important information and not just grand stand like the American Bald Ego, Jim Cantore.

This is a good hire by Fox Weather.
