Scripps-owned KGUN (Tucson) posted this story about a local criminal trial that was bearing interest in the community.

The only problem is that the verdict hadn’t come out at the time of this post (even the image subtitle says, "No verdict yet..."). Instead, the verdict came out a day later, and it wasn't "guilty on all counts."

The decision was “no verdict” for the two counts of manslaughter, two counts of criminal damage, and one count of endangerment. The distracted driver, Jana Giron, was only found guilty of one count of tampering with evidence.

Not sure how the station missed so badly, maybe most of the staff were out back pulling weeds.
