WFTS (Tampa) morning Anchor James Tully signed off from the Scripps station.

Tully worked at the station for the past 8 1/2 years and he wanted viewers to know that he’s leaving, was completely his idea.

I’m not sure why talent gets so wrapped up in letting people know that it was their idea to leave, but they do.
