FTVLive was the FIRST to tell you that Allen Media is looking to make even deeper cuts at their stations.

Sources told FTVLive that more layoffs will be happening by the end of August or the beginning of September.

One source told FTVLive that each station is being told to cut a million dollars from their budget. A million dollars in a small market is a big ask. Allen is looking at layoffs and cutting newscasts are what the company is looking at.

A source at Allen Media says that they company is targeting August 26th as the day for many of the cuts to be handed down.

We’ll have to wait and see if Allen Media gets it all lined up in a week.
