Buyouts basically gutted the experienced talent at Graham’s WDIV in Detroit.

Years of experienced walked out the door in early July, as longtime staffers took buyouts from the company.

One of those that didn’t leave is 61 year old WDIV Anchor Devin Scillian.

But, now word is that Scillian is leaving the Motown station some time after the election.

This is another big loss for WDIV.

Graham has been trying to not have layoffs by using buyouts instead.

The on-air product across the Graham stations have suffered with the loss of experienced people.
