My advice to people who want to work at Nexstar’s News Nation, or The CW, is to do this.

At your current place of employment, do the stupidest thing you can think of that will get you fired.

Then make sure you get fired, and just wait for Nexstar to call.

This has worked for Chris Cuomo, Bill O’Reilly, Micheal Corn, and many others.

Nexstar’s CW has announced that they have hired sports play-by-play man Thom Brennaman.

You might remember, four years ago, Brennaman was calling a Cincinnati Reds game when he was caught on mic saying. “…"one of the fag capitals of the world."

He was fired and hasn’t been heard from since, until Nexstar came calling. Brennaman will be working on The CW’s Pac-12 package, but he will predominantly work on the ACC, for the network.

“There are no words to describe how grateful I am that they’re rolling the dice,” Brennaman said. “They don’t have to do this.”

Yes they do Thom, yes they do.
