This is something I doubt you have heard before….

According to Scripps-owned KOAA (Pueblo, Colorado), the cops have arrested the VICTIM, WHO WAS KILLED in a shooting.

I am not sure why the police would arrest a dead person who was also the victim of a shooting.

As for the guy that did the shooting, the cops are still looking for him.

Maybe if they didn’t waste their time arresting the dead victim, they might find the shooter.
