Who was the brain trust at NBC News that thought hiring Ronna McDaniel as a Contributor was even remotely a good idea?

McDaniel was the head of the RNC, until Donald Trump had her kicked out the door.

People on the left (much of NBC’s base) haven’t ever liked McDaniel. The MAGA followers also don’t like McDaniel. So, why would you hire her?

She might play to a small number of people in the GOP, who are not Trump followers.

Seems like a strange hire if you’re trying to grow your audience.
